El Porche

We went to a wildlife refuge on Saturday.  Then we spent the night in the mountains. Sunday was laid back, exploring, relaxing and swimming.  But with an odd schedule I didn’t get a Sunday nap so went to bed early, and Cal went to a city festival.  So we’re still sorting the pictures!

But here is one from early Saturday morning.  We were at the corner gas station, waiting to meet our tour guide and companions.  Kinsley found something interesting! So of course he had to look up close :).

I love the power of contrasts.

Tomorrow we are heading to Cuero y Salado, a wildlife refuge/lagoon. We’ll also be staying at the Jungle River Lodge Saturday night so will be off-the-grid until Sunday evening.
